Our policies

Please read our booking and cancellation policies before making an appointment.

At Lapis Lazuli Beauty Bar, we deeply value both our clients' time and our team's time. To ensure that we can continue providing excellent service to all our clients, we have the following policies in place.

Deposits

Booking Deposit Policy

All new clients, group bookings, and appointments over R1 000 require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until proof of deposit has been received.
  • A secure payment link or our banking details will be sent to you upon booking.
  • Deposits will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24 hours' or more notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If more than 24 hours' notice is given, your deposit will be transferred to your future appointment.
  • If less than 24 hours' notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Only two changes/reschedules are permitted per deposit.
  • After the second change, the deposit will be forfeited.
No-Shows

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
  • Future bookings for no-show clients will require full prepayment at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated, and the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Where possible, we will try to accommodate late arrivals, but this may result in a shortened service.
Health & Safety

Health & Safety

Your health and wellbeing are our priority. Please inform your therapist of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your treatment begins.

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with contraindications that may be worsened by treatment.

Children

Children & Princess Treatments

We welcome children for our Princess Treatment menu (ages 6–12). Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during their treatment.

A teen treatment menu is available for clients aged 13–17 upon request.

Pricing

Pricing & Payment

All prices are as listed in our current price list and are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT where applicable. We accept cash and major payment methods.
